Our Reservation and Cancellation Policies
Room deposit charge of $250 upon check-in. This is refundable after house-keeping checks the room and finds no issue. The charge will be placed as a hold on the credit card used.
Photo ID is required for each adult guest staying in the room.
Smoking / Pets
Smoking is permitted only within designated smoking areas within the motel. Smoking in any room will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee being added to your bill.
Pets are not permitted. If we find pets are or have been in the room it will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee being added to your bill.
In Nova Scotia, there is a 15% (HST) tax on overnight lodging.
In addition, there is a 2% municipal room tax charged on all daily room rentals.
Cancellations & Changes
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within the 7 days before arrival.
Check-In and Check-Out
Major Charge Card required
A major charge card is required upon check-in. Visa/debit cards are not considered a major charge card for this purpose.
Check In Time is after 3:00pm
Check Out Time is 11:00am
A “No-Show” Is Not The Same As a Cancellation
If a guest does not arrive for a scheduled guaranteed reservation and does not call to cancel. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they do not cancel prior to 7 days before scheduled arrival.
